- 4 hours for setup, 4-hour event, and 2 hours for cleanup

- Skyline Room: Accommodates up to 125 guests with champagne Chiavari chairs, up to 12 60-inch round tables, 6-foot rectangular tables, and 31-inch cocktail tables
- Lake Room: Accommodates up to 80 guests with ghost Chiavari chairs, up to 8 round 60-inch tables, 5 six-foot rectangular tables, and 5 cocktail tables
- Bar Facilities
- Skyline Room: Bar Room includes two bartender stations, 4 daiquiri machines available at half price, an ice machine, liquor display shelves, chandelier fans, and a 14-foot bar.
- Lake Room: Mobile bar available for use
- DJ Booth
- Skyline Room: Mobile DJ booth with a 55” TV for showcasing slideshows or videos of the guest(s) of honor, plus one special effects DJ light
- Lake Room: Mobile DJ booth available with one special effects DJ light
- Warming Kitchen
- Equipped with an ice machine, microwave, sink, and refrigerator for catering support

- Two security guards on-site during the event for safety and assistance

NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED: Due to the exceptional value of this comprehensive package, no substitutions are allowed. The package is offered at a set price, even if certain spaces are not used. Refunds or price adjustments for unused areas are not available. If this package does not align with your needs, please consider exploring our other packages to find a better fit. Additional decor and other enhancements are available for purchase upon request, but the package price remains firm.

More Info
~ Of course, rental pricing is higher during holidays.
~ You have the freedom to choose your own caterer, bartender, DJ, and most vendors.
~ We do not provide tablecloths, chafing dishes or food warmers but have some to rent as well as decor, furniture, daiquiri machines, etc., which is listed under our tab labeled 'Rentals'.
~ In addition to the rental fee, there is a $250 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of the conclusion of your event, as long as the venue is left in the same condition it was received and there are no other rental agreement defaults.
~ All credit and debit cards will be assessed a 3% processing fee. There is no fees if you pay via Zelle, CashApp, cash, checks, or money orders.
~ Table choices include 60" round tables, 6 ft. rectangular, and 31" highboy tables
~ We have 125 champagne Chiavari chairs with ivory seat cushions in the Skyline Room.
~We have 80 ghost Chiavari chairs in the Lake Room. (white cushions available for $1 each)
~ The warming kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, double sink, counterspace, and a small ice machine.
