Pricing Information

Pricing varies based on the day of the week, with higher rates for holidays and special occasions. Contact us for specific rates and availability!

 

Includes:

- 6-Hour Venue Access

  - 2 hours for setup, 3-hour event, and 1 hour for cleanup

- Warming Kitchen 

  - Equipped with an ice machine, microwave, sink, and refrigerator for catering support

 Security 

  - Two security guards on-site during the event for safety and assistance

- Ample Free Parking 

  - Convenient, complimentary parking for guests

  - Floor-to-ceiling views of the New Orleans skyline

  - Maximum of 125 guests

PLEASE NOTE: The Bar Room, tablecloths, DJ Booth, furniture, chafing dishes, uplights, and decor are NOT included in this basic package but may be added.

Saturday is $1,750

More Info

~ Extra set-up time is $100 per hour, if available and must be scheduled 7 days prior to the event. There is NO extra

breakdown time so come prepared or lose your full deposit.

~ Of course, rental pricing is higher during holidays.

~ You have the freedom to choose your own caterer, bartender, DJ, and most vendors. 

~ We do not provide chafing dishes or food warmers but have some items for rent, such as tablecloths, a DJ Booth, bar room or mobile bar, furniture, daiquiri machines, etc., which is listed under our~  tab labeled 'Rentals'.

~ In addition to the rental fee, there is a $250 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of the conclusion of your event, as long as the venue is left in the same condition it was received and there are no other rental agreement defaults.

~ All credit and debit cards will be assessed a 3% processing fee. There is no fees if you pay via Zelle, CashApp, checks, or money orders.

~ Table choices include 60" round tables, 6 ft. rectangular, and 31" highboy tables

~ We have 125 champagne Chiavari chairs with ivory seat cushions. 

~ The warming kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, double sink, counterspace, and a small ice machine.
