- The Skyline Room, with stunning views of downtown New Orleans, accommodating up to 125 guests.
- The Lake Room, with breathtaking views of Lake Pontchartrain, perfect for gatherings of up to 80 guests.

While items like tablecloths, chafing dishes, and other extras are not included in the base rental, they are available for rent, giving you the freedom to fully customize your event.
Room Options & Add-Ons
- Skyline Room: Accommodates up to 125 guests.
- The Bar Room is available as an add-on. It is included only with our Wedding Package or All-Day Package. If not added, the Bar Room will remain closed during your event.
- Lake Room: Accommodates up to 80 guests, offering an intimate space for smaller gatherings.
Booking Your Event
To secure your date, you must:
1. Sign the rental agreement
2. Pay the security deposit

The security deposit is refundable within 5 business days after your event, as long as there is no damage and the event ends on time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your event, you must provide NOLA Skyline Event Center with a written cancellation request at least four months (120 days) before your event date to be eligible for rescheduling. You may reschedule your event, but it must occur within one year of the original event date. If you choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit your security deposit and all rental payments made to that point.
If you cancel with less than 120 days' notice: Rescheduling will not be an option, and your security deposit along with any rental payments made up to that point will be forfeited. This policy applies even if your booking was made within the four-month window.

Payment Options
- We offer interest-free installment plans for your convenience.
- Half of the total balance is due halfway to your event date.
- The full balance is due 60 days prior to your event.
- If you book within 60 days of the event, the full payment and security deposit are due at signing.
Payment Details
If paying via credit or debit card, please inform us in advance. You will be responsible for the 3% bank fees deducted from the agreed payment, and we will adjust your invoice accordingly.
Vendor Flexibility
While we provide a list of Vendors (Info tab) featuring event planners and vendors who have worked with us, we do not officially endorse them. You have complete freedom to choose your own caterer, decorator, DJ, bartender, etc. However, if you plan to serve alcohol, a bartender with an active Responsible Vendor Permit is required, as specified in your rental agreement.

More Info
~ Extra set-up time is $100 per hour, if available and must be
scheduled 7 days prior to the event. There is NO extra break
down time so come prepared or lose your entire deposit.

~ Of course, rental pricing is higher during holidays.
​
~ Table choices include 60" round tables, 6 ft. rectangular, and
31" highboy tables
​
~ We have 125 champagne Chiavari chairs with ivory seat
cushions for the Skyline Room. The Lake Room has ghost Chiavari
chairs with white cotton cushions available to rent at $1 each.
​
~ The warming kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, double sink,
counterspace, and a small ice machine.
